Anger protests expected to erupt in Yemen to condemn Trump’s insults against Mecca

SANAA, June 15 (YPA) – The organizing committee for events in Sanaa called on the Yemeni people on Monday to participate in the largest million-person marches ever held under the banner “Condemning the Zionist criminal Trump’s insult to Mecca,” tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon, in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sanaa, and in squares across other governorates.

Last Saturday, US President Donald Trump posted an offensive message about Mecca on his official Truth account, “In ten years, the Obama Library will become ‘Mecca’ for those who hate America!”

This deliberate crime has sparked outrage among free people in the Islamic nation on social media platforms, while Arab and Islamic regimes, especially Saudi Arabia, have not taken any action regarding this unprecedented crime of insulting “the Qibla of Muslims” and one of the most important holy sites of Muslims.
