SANAA, Oct. 29 (YPA) – Sanaa has sent a firm political message to Riyadh, setting out three conditions it says could stop the war and pave the way for a final settlement and peace, away from military alliances, escalation and the costs of confrontation.
Hussein al-Ezzi, a member of Yemen’s Ansarullah Political Bureau, said in a post on X that Saudi Arabia could resolve its dispute with Yemen now and immediately by ending its aggression and blockade and paying what it owes.
Addressing the Saudi regime directly, al-Ezzi said ending the conflict required neither Eastern nor Western alliances, nor the bombing of homes, markets and civilians, the recruitment of armed groups, or spending trillions while enduring repeated defeats, anxiety and risks.
He concluded by stressing that implementing the three conditions was Sanaa’s proposed path to a settlement, warning that the confrontation would continue otherwise.
