UAE plans to inflame situation in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Feb. 27 (YPA) – UAE forces in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen, is planning to explode situation with the Saudi-funded factions in the coastal districts of the province.

Sources familiar with the matter said reported that an Emirati intelligence officer, Saif Al-Kaabi, present at Al-Rayyan Airport in the city of Mukalla, the provincial capital of Hadramout, had summoned a number of notables, sheikhs loyal to the UAE and notified them that there were unnamed parties seeking to threaten the security situation in the province’s coastal districts, in reference to the Saudi funded Dare al-Watan forces.

The sources explained that Al-Kaabi trying to inflame the conflict between the factions of the Hadrami Elite, which is supervised by an Emirati officer from the same family called Faisal Al-Kaabi, with Dare al-Watan forces’ factions following Saudi Arabia’s intention to redeploy them to the coastal districts.

“Al-Kaabi asked the tribesmen in the coastal districts to prevent the spread of the Dare al-Watan forces and limit its entry into areas under the control of the Emirati factions, the “Hadrami Elite,” the sources added, noting that Al-Kaabi was avoiding direct confrontation among the Saudi-UAE factions.”

There are suspicious mobilizations and movements by the UAE forces to fuel the conflict between the people of Hadramout in both the districts of Coast and Valley, amid threats of the return of terrorist elements from Al-Qaeda and ISIS to Mukalla city.
