4 children injured as shell explodes in Mocha city

TAIZ, May 23 (YPA) – At least four children were injured on Tuesday when a shell exploded in a scrap shop in the coastal district of Mocha, which is under the control of the UAE armed factions, west of Taiz governorate.

Local residents said the four children found a shell left behind by Saudi-led coalition forces on the outskirts of the city and went to sell it at a scrap shop in the city. The shell exploded after one of the children knocked it while it was being offered for sale.

According to medical sources, the four children’s cases are between moderate and serious.
