SANAA, April 6 (YPA) – Three people were killed and 19 injured on Saturday in a twin explosion in the eastern city of Jalalabad, an Afghan government spokesman said.
“Two children and eight security forces were among the victims,” Natharhar provincial government spokesman Ataullah Khujiani was quoted as saying by Reuters.
The cause of the blast was unclear, while no group claimed responsibility until now.
In 2015, the Daesh group appeared in Nangarhar on the troubled border with Pakistan, becoming one of the most dangerous Takfir groups in Afghanistan because of the bombings and complex attacks it carries out.
