Oil Minister: Coalition holds 8 oil vessels

SANAA, April 6 (YPA) – Oil and Minerals Minister Ahmed Dars said on Saturday that the US-backed Saudi-led coalition is holding eight oil vessels in Djibouti despite the inspection and granting of licenses by the United Nations.

The minister pointed out that the detention of oil derivatives and prevent their arrival naturally comes in the context of doubling the burden on the Yemeni citizen.

Dars pointed out that the continued imposition of restrictions on fuel imports disrupt the humanitarian role played by hospitals.

The Minister of Oil and Minerals said that the United Nations does not play its role and ignore the burden suffered by the Yemeni people.
