President al-Mashat directs to open Marib roads linked to Sanaa

SANAA, March 16 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, directed the military authorities and local authorities to begin the necessary arrangements to open the Sanaa-Sarwah-Marib road, and Bayda-Murad-Marib road.

This came during his meeting on Saturday with several sheikhs of Marib province to discuss the level of development performance in Marib, in general and the issue of opening roads in particular.

In the meeting, Al-Mashat confirmed that this step would contribute to alleviating the suffering of citizens, but the coalition-backed other party still is delaying and evading implementation.

In turn, the Marib sheikhs praised the triumphs made by the Yemeni armed forces in support of the Palestinian people by preventing ships linked to the Zionist entity from passing through the Red and Arab Seas and the Indian Ocean.

They affirmed their high readiness to implement any options taken by the leader of the revolution to support the Palestinian people and also to confront the American-British aggression on Yemen.
