15 people killed, injured, 5 others missing due to avalanches in Iran
SANAA, Dec. 26 (YPA) – Director General of Crisis Management in Tehran governorate announced on Saturday that four people were killed, 11 wounded, and five others missing due to avalanches hit mountains in north of Tehran city.
Mansour Drjati said that the number of victims of snow avalanches has reached four people, two of whom have been identified so far.
Dozens of people who were trapped due to the avalanches were rescued, while 11 people injured, who recovered later, and five people are still missing so far, he added.
