MARIB, Dec. 26 (YPA) – The Yemeni army inflicted on Saturday the Saudi-led coalition forces heavy casualties in various fronts of Marib and Jawf provinces, according to sources.
The sources affirmed that the army foiled a coalition’s infiltration attempt towards several sites separating the two provinces.
The army carried out a counter-attack against the coalition forces towards the sites of Qarn al-Sa’iri area separating the city of Ma’rib and Hazm district of Jawf.
Dozens of coalition recruits were killed, including top commander Tawfiq Ahmed Hasal Al-Aslami and others wounded in the operation, the sources said.
