PM: Aden, Hadhramout, Mahrah, Shabwah and the rest of the occupied governorates cannot be handed over to the aggressors
SANAA, Jan. 19 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor said that the freemen in Yemen are required to join forces to face the Saudi-Emirati occupation, which is currently flooding the southern and eastern provinces with military equipment, which confirms its intention to prolong its presence.
This came during his participation in a graduation ceremony organized on Sunday, by The Yemen Executive Mine Action Centre (YEMAC) for a third Training course in the field of demining carried out by the center in its branch in Hodeidah over the course of a month.
The Prime Minister stressed that Aden, Hadhramaut, Mahrah, Shabwah and the rest of the occupied governorates could not be handed over to the aggressors, who raised the slogan of re-legitimacy, which in fact does not exist on the ground and has practically finished the map of the homeland.
“Yemen is by its very nature a repellent to the invaders and the locals, and those who justify the aggressor and the occupier are their aggression and killing of the Yemeni people, including their use of cluster bombs, are traitors, agents and mercenaries,” he said.
He thanked the National Committee and the Executive Mine Management Centre for establishing these training houses and preparing this staff, which will directly contribute to addressing the problem of mines and riding society of its dangers.
He pointed out that the remnants of cluster bombs banned globally dropped by the Saudi-led aggression in a number of provinces and regions, especially in Saada governorate, have killed and injured thousands of farmers, shepherds and citizens.
The Prime Minister further thanked international humanitarian organizations and the United Nations Development Program for supporting the Yemeni people during the aggression and blockade, including preventing the dangers of mines and cluster bombs.
