Top Sanaa official: Saudi-backed forces suffer major collapse on western coast

SANAA, Sept. 09 (YPA) – A senior official in Sanaa said major collapses have occurred among Saudi-backed forces along Yemen’s western coast.

Mohammed Al-Farah, a member of the Ansarullah Political Bureau, clarified in a post on X: “Major collapses among the groups affiliated with the Saudi enemy on the western coast.”

He added: “The terrorist Hamdi Shukri has abandoned management of the confrontation, intercepting those fleeing and confiscating their vehicles and whatever they looted while fleeing.”

In another post addressing the political scene, Al-Farah affirmed that the so-called legitimacy had become besieged by the Yemeni people and wanted for justice and trial in both northern and southern Yemen.

He noted that there is a president living outside Yemen and a defense minister who cannot safely visit a Yemeni province.

Then what kind of legitimacy is this that cannot set foot on the land of the country it claims to govern? And what kind of popular support is this that needs outside backing to survive? he asked.
