Officer loyal to Hadi forces killed in Shabwah

SHABWAH, Jan. 19 (YPA) – Sources in the UAE-backed Shabwah elite militias revealed that an officer affiliated with Islah party militia was killed in a sniping operation carried out by one of the elite militias in Shabwah province, Southeastern Yemen.

According to the sources, the sniper operation taken out an officer in the Islah militia at the checkpoint of Nesab area at dawn Sunday.

The qualitative operations are carried out by the UAE-backed militias against Hadi and Islah Party forces are in retaliation for their abuse and crimes against citizens on an ongoing basis.

On Saturday, the UAE-backed militias launched an attack against Hadi forces in Markha district, where the Muslim Brotherhood’s militias are stationed.
