TAIZ, July 9 (YPA) – Dozens of Saudi-led coalition mercenaries were killed and injured on Tuesday in artillery shelling targeted their sites in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The artillery unit of the Yemeni army and popular committees shelled the mercenaries’ gatherings on al-Dhabab front, which led to the killing of nine mercenaries and injuring 25 others, the official explained.
On Monday, the army’s drones and artillery unit carried out a joint attack targeting gatherings of the coalition mercenaries on al-Wazeyyah front, leaving casualties and losses. Also many mercenaries were killed and injured due to firing a Zilzal-1 missile strike on al-Wazeyyah junction and several Katyusha rockets on Khalid Camp.
