Israeli occupation kills 139 civilians in Gaza over 24 hours

GAZA, July 13 (YPA) – The Gaza-based Ministry of Health declared on Sunday that the death toll from the genocide the Israeli occupation’s perpetrating in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 58,026 martyrs, with 138,520 wounded.

The ministry said in its daily statistical report that hospitals in the Strip received 139 martyrs and 425 wounded in the past 24 hours, as a result of the ongoing aerial and artillery bombardment.

The report said: “Many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the streets, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.”

It noted that the death toll from death traps targeting Palestinians who try to obtain humanitarian aid from alleged US-Israeli aid centers has risen to 833 martyrs and 5,432 wounded since May 27.
