Senior Hamas delegation arrives in Cairo

CAIRO, Jan. 27 (YPA) – A high-level leadership delegation from Movement Hamas, headed by Mohammed Darwish, arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on Monday.

Hamas explained in a statement that the delegation is scheduled to meet with the Egyptian leadership and to discuss developments in implementing the ceasefire agreement and prisoner exchange deal in its three stages.

The statement pointed out that the delegation includes Khaled Meshaal, Khalil Al-Hayya, Zaher Jabarin, Nizar Awadallah, Mohammed Nasr, and Ghazi Hamad.

it pointed out that the delegation would meet with the released prisoners who were released last Saturday.
