Al-Alimi files complaint against his deputy, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi

ADEN, Jan. 02 (YPA) – The president of the so-called “Presidential Leadership Council,” Rashad Al-Alimi, filed a complaint on Wednesday to the command of the Saudi-led coalition forces against his deputy, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, who also holds the position of president of the UAE-backed Transitional Council (STC).

Observers described the move as “bold.”

This complaint came against the backdrop of a military escalation carried out by the STC factions, as they imposed their control yesterday, Tuesday, over the gates of Maashiq Palace, the main headquarters of Al-Alimi and the pro-coalition government in Aden city, after taking control of a military point around the palace.

In contrast, the STC escalated its military movements in Aden by deploying dozens of armed vehicles and armored vehicles in various areas, in addition to organizing a large military parade that highlights the strength of its armed factions inside the city.
