Military commander: Yahya Sinwar’s appointment deals a severe blow to Zionists

SANAA, Aug. 09  (YPA) – The commander of the Al-Wahbi Brigades, Major General Bakil Saleh Al-Wahbi, confirmed that the appointment of Yahya Sinwar as the head of the Palestinian resistance group Hamas’s political bureau, dealt s sever blow to the “Axis of Evil”: the United States, Britain, and Israel.

Brigadier General Al-Wahbi explained that the Zionist enemy did not expect Hamas to select a leader from the battlefield, which confirms the resilience and unity of the Palestinian resistance and its growing strength.

He noted that Hamas succeeded in choosing the leader Sinwar to thwart the Israeli objective that the enemy sought to achieve following the assassination of Mujahid Dr. Ismail Haniyeh.

Brigadier General Al-Wahbi affirmed that the Axis of Resistance is rich with great leaders and that no component of the Axis of Resistance can be shaken, affected, or falter if its leaders are martyred. Instead, it grows more steadfast and powerful, drawing strength from the power of God.
