80 kg of cannabis seized in Marib

MARIB, Jan. 02 (YPA) – The Police of Majaz district in Marib province, eastern Yemen, seized on Sunday 80 kilograms of hashish.

The district police stated that the quantity of narcotic hashish was seized on board a pick-up car of “Hilux” type driven by a 36 years old man accompanied by two other persons, aged 17 and 32.

The accused along with the seizures were referred to the competent authorities for legal action.
