Islah Party militants kidnap four citizens in Shabwa

SHABWA, Feb. 02 (YPA) – The so-called “Special Security Forces” of Islah Party loyal to Saudi-led coalition on kidnapped four citizens of ‘Belkhadr’ tribe in Shabwa province, eastern Yemen, local sources reported on Tuesday.

The sources said that soldiers of Al-Ramdha security point of Islah in Al-Ramdha area of Habban district abducted on Monday four members of the Belkhadr tribe, and took them to secret prisons in Ataq city, the provincial capital.

This comes two days after Islah militants kidnapped a soldier of the UAE-backed “Shabwani Elite” force, called Abdulrahman Shakh Bahaj at the same point, against the backdrop of an armed attack targeted a checkpoint in Al-Aram area of Habban district, which led to the killing of the point’s commander Naji Ahmed Al-Hajla.
