Health Ministry discusses mechanism to enhance field measures to face Coronavirus

SANAA, April 15 (YPA) – Minister of Health Taha al-Mutawakil discussed in a meeting on Wednesday a mechanism to enhance the field precautionary measures to confront the Corona virus.

At the meeting, the minister touched on the steps taken by the ministry on the ground to face any emergency cases related to the virus.

Al-Mutawakil pointed out that the health sector would be prepared to raise awareness information, and coordination between the various agencies to confront the pandemic.

The Minister affirmed on the necessity to unify the efforts of public and private hospitals to qualify and train the health personnel to deal with any emergency cases in the country.
