Republican Decree to establish General Authority for Endowments issued in Sanaa

SANAA, Aug. 20 (YPA) – The Republican Decree No. 43 of 2025 was issued on Wednesday establishing the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance.

The decree includes thirty-six articles divided into five chapters, as follows:

Chapter One: Name, Definitions, and Establishment

Chapter Two: Objectives, Tasks, and General Competencies

Chapter Three: Administration of the Authority

Section One: The Council

Section Two: The Executive Management of the Authority

Chapter Four: The Authority’s Resources and Financial System

Chapter Five: General and Final Provisions

Article 36 of the decree stipulates that it shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and shall be officially posted in the Official Gazette.
