Flash floods kill one in Lahj

LAHJ, Aug. 23 (YPA) – One person was killed and five others rescued after flash floods swept away a vehicle in the Radfan district of Lahj governorate on Saturday, local sources reported.

The incident occurred in the Saylat al-Malah area of Rabi’at in Radfan District, where sudden flash floods swept away a vehicle carrying several passengers.

Rescue teams and local residents recovered five survivors, according to the sources.
