UN aircraft arrives at Sanaa airport

SANAA, Jan. 14 (YPA) – A new A320 aircraft of the United Nations, came from Amman, arrived at Sanaa International Airport on Sunday.
A navigational official told Yemen Press agency that the aircraft was contracted by the United Nations to work in transporting its staff and delegations and other international organizations, indicating that all facilities were provided to the plane and its crew.
The crew of the plane expressed their satisfaction with the first trip to Sanaa and the hospitality at Sanaa International Airport.
They explained that the technical and ground services at Sanaa Airport are distinct and in accordance with the conditions applicable in all international airports, pointing out that Sanaa airport and is technically ready and security.
The United Nations aircraft will operate three flights a week in Amman / Sanaa / Amman, for the World Food Program, which confirms the readiness of the airport technically, security and administratively according to international requirements and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
