MWL condemns storming of Al-Aqsa Compound by Israeli official, Zionist extremists  

MECCA, Sept. 21 (YPA) – The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned on Monday the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound by an Israeli official and a group of extremists under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

In an official statement released Sunday night, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, denounced these provocative actions, stating they inflame the feelings of Muslims worldwide.

Al-Issa emphasized the urgent need for the international community to uphold its moral and legal responsibilities to immediately halt these repeated Israeli occupation violations of the historical and legal status quo in the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as relevant international and humanitarian laws.
