Four Palestinians killed, others wounded in Israeli attacks in Gaza

GAZA, Sept. 22 (YPA) – Four Palestinian civilians, including a child, were killed and many others were injured in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip on Monday, Palestinian media sources reported.

According to sources, a young man, Mohsen Bahja, succumbed to wounds sustained after being shot by an Israeli quadcopter in northern Gaza.

 A child identified as Ismail al-Bardawil was also killed after being shot in the chest by Israeli forces, who opened fire on civilians in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah, southern Gaza.

 In central Gaza, 31-year-old Fidaa Toutah died of a bullet injury to the head sustained earlier today from Israeli gunfire in the east of an-Nuseirat refugee camp.

 A drone strike also claimed the life of one citizen and wounded others, including children, in the al-Sikka area of central Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.

 In Gaza City, three citizens were injured after Israeli gunboats opened fire on ash-Shati refugee camp.

 In Khan Yunis, three people were injured by gunfire from Israeli armored vehicles in and around Hamad City, while an artillery strike targeted displaced families’ tents in the al-Akhras area of the al-Amal neighborhood, injuring two others.

 In central Gaza, a woman and a child were wounded when Israeli tanks opened fire on tents in the eastern area between the refugee camps of al-Bureij and al-Maghazi.

 An Israeli artillery strike on a house in the Block 12 area of al-Bureij camp also wounded two people.

 Meanwhile, widespread military activity, including shooting incidents, artillery shelling, drone overflights, and demolitions, was reported across Gaza today.
