Ansarallah congratulates Hezbollah on 20th anniversary of July victory

SANAA, Aug. 15 (YPA) – The Ansarallah Political Bureau congratulated on Friday the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, and the Lebanese Islamic Resistance on the 20th anniversary of the historic July victory.

The Political Bureau stated that over 33 days, the Lebanese resistance forged a glorious epic that achieved a strategic balance of deterrence with the “Zionist enemy” and established new rules of engagement. It noted that this victory put an end to “Zionist-American” projects—foremost among them the so-called “New Middle East”—and presented an honorable model for the nation and free people worldwide.

The Bureau praised the sacrifices of Hezbollah fighters, explaining that the American and “Israeli” targeting of Lebanon and the resistance stems from its supportive stance on the Palestinian cause and its role as an impenetrable shield defending Lebanon’s sovereignty. It also commended the significant role of the “Master of the Nation’s Martyrs,” the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in supporting the oppressed, foremost among them the Palestinian and Yemeni peoples.
