Sanaa: Palestine remains our central cause despite blockade, inaction of regimes

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sanaa affirmed on Tuesday, in a statement issued on the anniversary of the launch of the “Al-Aqsa Intifada,” that the Palestinian cause and the holy sites will remain the central issue for the Yemeni people.

The statement emphasized the continuation of its religious, moral, and humanitarian duty despite the ongoing blockade and aggression against the Republic of Yemen by the “Kingdom of Horn of Satan” (referring to Saudi Arabia).

The ministry pointed out that this anniversary comes as the Palestinian people engage in the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle against the Israeli enemy entity, and at a time when many Arab and Islamic regimes relinquish their responsibilities by inventing side battles to weaken the nation from within.

The Foreign Ministry also condemned the Israeli enemy’s desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa, the closure of the Ibrahimi Mosque, and its continued commission of war crimes and genocide in Gaza and the West Bank, expressing its condolences and congratulations on the martyrdom of the mujahid commander Izz al-Din al-Bik, commander of the Northern Brigade in the Al-Qassam Brigades, and his companion in an assassination crime committed amid international silence.
