Israeli Organization: Genocide in Gaza is not over yet

GAZA, Jan. 11 (YPA) – The Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem, issued on Sunday, a report asserted that despite 90 days having passed since the ceasefire went into effect in Gaza, the genocide has not ended.

The report explained that the killing, bombing, and expansion of Israeli control over most of the Gaza Strip continue, alongside widespread destruction of infrastructure and obstruction of humanitarian work, which exacerbated the crises of displacement, hunger, and malnutrition, particularly among children and women.

It stated that Israel has expanded its control within the Strip, contrary to the terms of the agreement, and now controls at least 56% of Gaza’s area.

The report noted that winter storms, unexploded ordnance, collapsed buildings, and the destruction of infrastructure have transformed daily life into a struggle for survival, especially for children.

It also stated that 90 days after the ceasefire was declared, the killing, destruction, displacement, and comprehensive Israeli control over the lives of Gaza’s residents continue, while the international community abandons them behind a false facade of a ceasefire.
