Death toll form Israeli genocide in Gaza rises to over 69,000 since October 7, 2023

GAZA, Nov. 13 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Thursday that the total number of casualties from the Israeli occupation military operations since October 7, 2023, has increased to 69,187 martyrs and 170,703 wounded.

The ministry indicated that the number of martyrs resulting from the ongoing “Israeli breaches” of the ceasefire, since its entry into force on October 11 last month, has reached 260, and the number of wounded has reached 632.

This surge in casualties comes amid the collapse of the health infrastructure, the deterioration of the humanitarian situation, and an acute shortage of food and shelter facing displaced families.
