Hamas: The occupation is still procrastinating in implementing the humanitarian protocol

GAZA, Feb. 07 (YPA) – Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif al-Qanou confirmed on Friday that the group is committed to implementing the ceasefire agreement to achieve the interests of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

“The occupation is still procrastinating in implementing the humanitarian protocol, especially with regard to shelter, tents, rubble removal equipment, fuel, and restoration requirements,” In a press statement, al-Qanou said in a press statement.

He pointed out that the Israeli occupation’s failure to adhere to the humanitarian protocol could negatively impact our flexibility in completing the deal, noting that before submitting the list of prisoners, pressure must be exerted on the occupation to implement the humanitarian protocol.

Al-Qanou appreciated the positions of all countries that rejected Trump’s statements about displacing our people.

“The Palestinian position is unified against Trump and Netanyahu’s project to displace our people, and it is supported by an Arab, Islamic and international position,” he stressed.
