GAZA, Feb. 07 (YPA) – The living conditions faced by families in Gaza are dire, Spokesperson for UNICEF in Gaza, Tess Ingram, stated in a television interview on Thursday,
She added, “They need access to drinking water, aid, and blankets”.
She mentioned that 10,000 aid trucks have entered Gaza so far, but more are needed, amid efforts to bring in clothing and food supplies for children in the Gaza Strip, which has faced difficulties in delivery.
Ingram highlighted that if water desalination plants in Gaza are not operational, children in the region will face health risks.
She also noted that the future of the Gaza Strip is determined by its residents themselves, and they are determined to rebuild what has been destroyed.
