Senior commander of Al-Qaeda killed in booby-trapped motorcycle attack in Marib

MARIB, Feb. 07 (YPA) -A senior military commander of the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP),  was killed east of the city of Marib, which is under the control of Islah Party mercenaries loyal to the Saudi-led aggression coalition.

According to media sources, Abu Yusuf al-Muhammadi al-Hadrami, a senior member and a military commander of Al-Qaeda in was killed when a motorcycle packed with explosives went off in the Al-Samdah area, located in the Al-Wadi district, east of Marib.

The sources suggested that the assassination of Al-Hadrami via a booby-trapped motorcycle could mark the beginning of a conflict between Al-Qaeda leaders, who use several areas controlled by Islah in Marib and some southern regions as training camps for their operatives.
