Defendants of corruption referred to Public Funds Prosecution

SANAA, Dec. 16 (YPA) – Two defendants convicted of corruption were referred on Monday to the Sanaa-based Public Funds Prosecution.

Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption approved the referral of the accused of a corruption case to the Prosecution Office to complete the procedures for initiating and filing a criminal case against them before the Public Funds and Anti-Corruption Court.
