Israeli occupation army sends fourth military brigade to fight in Rafah

OCCUPIED QUDS, May 19 (YPA) – The Hebrew Channel 12 quoted on Sunday army sources as saying that a fourth military brigade had been introduced to fight in Rafah city, bringing the number of brigades operating in the Gaza Strip to nine.

The occupation army continues its military operation against Rafah, which it began on May 6, ignoring regional and international warnings about the repercussions of this in light of the presence of about 1.4 million displaced people in this city, which it pushed there under the claim that it was “safe.”

Israeli media said that Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Chief of Staff Herzi Halevy agreed to the next phase of the military operation in Rafah.
