US dollar witnesses new increase in southern Yemen

SANAA, March 14 (YPA) – The dollar exchange rate in Aden and the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the coalition recorded a new rise on Thursday.

Banking sources explained that the dollar in Aden reached 1,663 riyals, an increase of 6 riyals from the exchange rates yesterday, Wednesday, while the price of the Saudi riyal reached 437 Yemeni riyals, an increase of 2.5 riyals.

Meanwhile, the exchange rate of the dollar in Sanaa and the provinces controlled by the Supreme Political Council remained stable at 530 riyals to the dollar and 140 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
