Israeli occupation navy arrests 5 Palestinian fishermen

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, June 14 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation navy forces arrested on Wednesday, five Palestinian fishermen off the coast of Gaza City, and seized a fishing boat they were on.

According to media sources, the occupation gunboats surrounded a fishing boat in the sea of Al-Sudaniya area, northwest of Gaza City, seized it, arrested five fishermen onboard.

They were taken to the port of Ashdod.

Israeli gunboats deliberately target fishermen on a daily basis in the Gaza Sea, shooting at them, arresting them, sabotaging their fishing nets, seizing their boats and preventing them from fishing.
