Palestinian killed by Israeli occupation gunfire in Ramallah

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, June 09 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces on Friday have killed a Palestinian near Rantis checkpoint, west of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, Palestinian Health Ministry said in a statement.

According to the Ministry, Mehdi Bayadsa, 29, was killed by Israeli occupation  gunfire near the permanently-staffed checkpoint.

The circumstances surrounding the Biadsa’s killing remain unclear and largely based on the Zionist version of events.

Earlier on Friday,  Zionist media claimed that a Zionist soldier was injured in a stabbing attack at the “Rantis” checkpoint, northwest of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

“An Israeli soldier was wounded in a stabbing attack at the Rantis checkpoint near Ramallah,” the Hebrew daily Maariv said, alleging that the perpetrator was shot.
