Sanaa showcases its security units in largest parade in Yemen’s history

SANAA, Sept. 15 (YPA) – Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sanaa, witnessed on Thursday the parade of the security forces and units of the Interior Ministry, which is the largest in the history of Yemen, on the occasion of the 8th anniversary of the September 21 Revolution.

At the major parade, which bore the slogan “Lahum Al-Amn”, Interior Minister, Major General Abdulkarim al-Houthi, pointed out that “the security establishment, with all its units, moves in the security field as it is an essential field of jihad for the sake of Allah.”

The Minister of Interior recalled the systematic targeting and destruction of the army and the security establishment by the enemies, whether through assassinations, bombings, or others, referring to the terrorist bombing that targeted the Central Security Forces during a parade in Al-Sabeen Square and left hundreds of martyrs and wounded.

He affirmed that the great security achievements that have been achieved during the past years by the security men are among the blessed fruits of the September 21 revolution, which sparked with glory and dignity.
