DAMASCUS, Aug. 17 (YPA) – The Turkish occupation forces issued warnings through loudspeakers in mosques inside the border cities adjacent to Jarablus in the countryside of Aleppo, asking the residents not to leave homes in preparation a new aggression on the Syrian territories, the state news agency SANA reported, citing local sources.
According to the sources in Hasaka and Raqqa, the warnings coincided with an intense flight reconnaissance drones, mobilized forces along the border strip adjacent to Hasaka, Raqqa and Aleppo, called out its affiliated terrorist mercenaries.
The Turkish occupation had recently escalated its aggression on the northern and northwestern countryside of Hasaka, Aleppo, Raqqa and Hasaka, focusing on the western countryside of al-Darbasiyah and the area between Amuda and al-Darbasiyah.
On Tuesday, the Turkish occupation escalated its aggression on the safe villages in Raqqa’s northern countryside. Many civilians killed and injured due to this aggression.
