Clashes break out between Palestinians, Zionist forces in Ramallah, Nablus

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Jan. 09 (YPA) – Clashes broke out Saturday evening between Palestinians and Zionist enemy forces in several areas in Ramallah and Nablus in the West Bank , Palestinian  media reported .

Palestinian sources explained that the  clashes between youths and enemy forces came following raids and incursion by the Zionist forces into  the village of Aboud, northwest of Ramallah.

The sources added that enemy forces fired bullets, sound bombs and gas at unarmed citizens who responded to the stone-throwing incursion.

Meanwhile, Israeli enemy forces stormed the village of Deir Nidham, northwest of Ramallah, while settlers closed the only open entrance to the village.

According to witnesses, dozens of settlers gathered in front of the entrance to the village, protected by the occupation forces who stormed the village earlier in the evening.

The village of Deir Nidham has been witnessing numerous incursions by  the enemy forces and attacks by settlers .

The Zionist enemy forces also stormed the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, amid clashes in the area.

Ghassan Dagels, head of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, said enemy forces closed the main entrance to the village after clashes broke out in the area, amid gunfire and tear gas canisters.
