SANAA, Oct. 05 (YPA) -Algerian Prime Minister Ayman Ben Abdelrahman on Monday said that French President Emmanuel Macron’s recent statements about his country’s history are “unacceptable and reciprocal.”
According to Algerian news agency , Ben Abdel Rahman said that these statements are “unacceptable and refutable,” adding, “Our country is greater than all the statements that try to undermine its history and roots.”
He added, “These are statements that we will never accept, because Algeria is a people and a nation that is standing and striking in history.”
Algeria closed its airspace to French military aircraft, and Paris confirmed on Sunday a ban on its military aircraft flying over Algeria.
