Dozens of motorists declare strikes at work in Taiz

TAIZ, Sept. 12 (YPA) – Dozens of drivers of big trucks announced on Sunday a general strike at work in Taiz province to protest against the levies imposed by military points of Aden city, south of Yemen.

The drivers carried out the strike on work in Ras Haija al-Abed area separating the governorates of Lahj and Taiz.

They said that the military points at the entrances to the provinces of Aden and Lahj have impose exorbitant levies, forcing the drivers to take a collective strike .
