Shabwah: UAE warplanes target Islah militants’ camp in Ataq

SHABWAH, Aug. 28 (YPA) – UAE warplanes  launched two  air strike targeting a site belonging to al-Islah and al-Qaeda militants in the city of Ataq, the center of Shabwah province.

Local sources in the occupied province of Shabwa  said that an Emirati warplane targeted in two raids a military position belonging to the Al-Islah militia in the “Shabika” area of Ataq city.

The sources said the airstrikes were in response to the targeting of the UAE forces’ al-Alam camp with unidentified missiles, south of Ataq.
