13 terrorists killed in security operation north Lebanon

BEIRUT, Sep. 27 (YPA) – At least 13 terrorists were killed in a security operation carried out by the Internal Security Forces, with the support of the army, in Wadi Khaled, in the north of the country, Lebanese media reported late on Saturday.

According to media reports, the operation, which began on Saturday afternoon, ended with the killing of 13 terrorists and the arrest of 15 people, in addition to the escape of two members of the terrorist group.

The clashes continued in the area for hours after gunmen opened fire on the security forces as a result of a raid on one of their dens in Al-Fard neighborhood in Wadi Khaled.
