UAE-backed militias bomb Aden’s presidential palace with tanks

ADEN, Aug. 8 (YPA) – Militias of the so-called Southern Transitional Council backed by the UAE on Thursday bombed the presidential palace in Maasheq area in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen, with tanks and mortars.

Troops of the so-called First Infantry brigade in Jabal Hadid area bombed the presidential palace in Maasheq in the occupied Aden province and neighboring areas with tanks and mortars in response to the bombing of the third Presidential Protection brigade loyal to the Saudi occupation on water tanks of their camp, southern sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources confirmed that the two sides exchanged shelling randomly by tanks, mortars and medium and heavy weapons.
