Militias summon preacher in Aden on charge of offending UAE occupation

ADEN, March 1 (YPA) – The so-called “security belt militias” backed by the UAE in Aden province on Thursday issued a summons against Sheikh Abdullah al-Nomani to listen to his words after accusing the UAE of liquidating preachers of mosques in Aden.

Sheikh al-Nomani, a preacher of mosque in Aden, called on the Interior Minister in the exiled Hadi’s government to protect its citizens and mosques’ imams from assassinations carried out by the UAE and its militias in the occupied province since the end of 2015.

Al-Nomani said that he carries a coffin with him when walking around the streets of the occupied province of Aden, and he leaves his house ready to die in light of assassinations targeting preachers and imams.

The occupied province of Aden witnessed during the last period assassination of several imams and preachers of mosques.
