Yemeni army causes heavy losses to coalition militias in Asir

ASIR, March 1 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Friday repelled a wide-scale infiltration attempt by militias loyal to Saudi-led coalition toward Alib crossing in Asir region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The operation resulted in dozens of dead and wounded in ranks of the militias, as well as losses in military equipment, according to the official.

The Military Media published photos showing targeting of some military vehicles and gatherings of the militias.
