Report: 40+coalition airstrikes injure 3 civilians on Tuesday
SANAA, Feb. 20 (YPA) – Three Yemeni civilians were injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched over 40 strikes on several provinces of Yemen over Monday, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.
- In Saada province:
Two civilians were injured in an airstrike targeted Aal-Eqab area.
An air strike was waged on Sawh area of Ketaf district.
Meanwhile, a woman was injured when the Saudi forces targeted by artillery and missiles shells Razeh district and damaged residents’ properties.
Saudi missile shells destroyed a civilian’s home and killing dozens of sheep in Aal-amr area in the border district of Munabeh.
Missile and artillery shells targeted several areas in Ghamer border district.
- In Marib province:
Nine air strikes were waged on Serwah district.
- In Sanaa province:
Four strikes hit Nehm district.
- In Hajjah province:
Over 20 air strikes were launched on Haradh and Medi districts.
- In the border Saudi province of Najran:
The warplanes of US- backed Saudi-led coalition launched five strikes on Shurfa and Sudais sites.
