HODEIDHA, Aug. 20 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Monday burned an arms depot, armored vehicle and a military patrol of the Saudi-led coalition forces in Hodeidah province on the western coast front, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The artillery unit of the army shelled a weapons store belonging to the coalition forces in the outskirts of al-Durihemi district, which led to the outbreak of a fire and violent explosions in the store, according to the official.
The army’s anti-armored unit hit with a guided missile a military armored vehicle of the coalition with a group of Saudi-backed militiamen next to it, which resulted in destroying it and killing of the militiamen in the east of al-Durihemi.
A military vehicle was wrecked after being targeted by the army’s sniper unit in the mountainous area on the coast front.
