Thousands of Yemenis partake in Dhahyan massacre victims’ funeral in Saada

SAADA, Aug. 13 (YPA) – Thousands of Yemenis from several provinces on Monday participated in the funeral of the victims of the children massacre, which was committed by Saudi-led coalition warplanes in Dhahyan district of Saada province last Thursday.

Nearly 50 cars carrying the victims’ bodies arrived at the funeral square, and then the mourners performed prayer for the dead.

Chief of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohammed al-Houthi, delivered a speech, in which he said the crime of targeting the children in Dhahyan was committed by the coalition and its allies with an order issued by the US State of Department.

Al-Houthi held the American regime responsible for this crime and all crimes committed against the Yemeni people.

“This crime also confirms that the aggression forces do not respect the laws and that they are criminal terrorists,” he added.

In the same context, the city of Saada witnessed a popular rally during which the participants raised photos of the martyrs and banners indicating that the US committed the Dhahyan massacre and that the Saudi and UAE regimes are only slaves implementing the US agendas in the region.

The participants announced the public mobilization and heading for the fighting fronts to support the Yemeni army forces in defending the dignity and freedom of the Yemeni people.
